We believe in the value of our courses and content. That said, here’s our official refund policy for purchases made on ESG Academy.
- Digital Nature of Content
Because our courses, templates, and certificates are digitally delivered, we are unable to offer refunds once the content has been accessed or downloaded.
- Free Content Before Purchase
To help you make an informed decision, ESG Academy offers up to 7 trainings for free before you need to purchase or subscribe. This allows you to preview the course quality and learning format.
- Subscriptions
- Monthly subscriptions can be canceled anytime via your account settings.
- You will retain access until the end of your current billing cycle.
- No partial refunds are issued for canceled subscriptions.
- Exceptions
We may consider refund requests under the following limited circumstances:
- Duplicate charges or technical billing errors.
- Inability to access content due to confirmed platform malfunction (not user error).

- Payment Providers
All payments are securely processed through Stripe a trusted third-party platform. If you request a chargeback without contacting us first, we reserve the right to restrict future access to ESG Academy.
