Welcome to ESG Academy! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ESG Academy website, content, community, and services, including courses, digital downloads, certifications, and subscriptions. By using our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

ESG Academy (“we,” “us,” “our”) is operated by ESG Consultancy NV a registered entity under the laws of Kingdom of Belgium. These Terms apply to all users, including learners, companies, and visitors.

2. User Eligibility

To use ESG Academy, you must be:

• At least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your country.
• Legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
• Using the platform for educational, professional, or business purposes.

3. Course Access and Certification

• Free Trainings: ESG Academy provides up to 7 introductory trainings free of charge.
• Paid Access: Users may subscribe to ongoing community access.
• Certificates: Certificates are awarded upon successful completion of specific course requirements. ESG Academy is not a degree-granting institution and does not guarantee employment outcomes.
• Use of Certificates: You may add your ESG Academy certificates to CVs, LinkedIn, and portfolios, but you may not modify or misrepresent them.

4. Subscription Terms

• Monthly Subscription: Subscribers receive ongoing access to new ESG content, tools, templates, and the member community.
• Billing: Monthly payments are processed automatically. You may cancel at any time via your account dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing cycle.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of our content, all payments are non-refundable. We may issue refunds at our discretion for technical issues or unauthorized charges.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, logos, branding, videos, text, graphics, and templates are the intellectual property of ESG Academy or its partners. You may:

• Download and use materials for personal learning.
• Not resell, reproduce, or redistribute our content without written permission.

6. Community Guidelines

Users who join the ESG Academy community must:

• Respect all members and instructors.
• Avoid discriminatory, offensive, or promotional behavior.
• Refrain from sharing login credentials or copyrighted materials.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove any user who violates these rules.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

All content is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee that:

• The content will meet your specific expectations.
• Certification will result in job placement or income.
• The platform will be uninterrupted or error-free at all times.

Use ESG Academy at your own discretion and responsibility.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ESG Academy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or reliance on its content.
